I believe this is a ridiculous display of "sour grapes", as oil-rich Iran holds all the trump cards: a newly liberalized oil-bourse, selling in all currencies, its own reserve of nuclear ore for peaceful energy production, natural gas in abundance, and a track-record of initiating productive enterprises in the region and beyond, from Afghanistan to Latin America. The dollar has attained a leprous reputation worldwide under George Bush, and now the shriveled Democrat "opposition" has an offer to restrict investments of dollars as its strong suit? How pathetic!
