Coming Soon: The Becker-Posner Blog

It has been brought to my attention that Richard A. Posner and Gary S. Becker started a joint blog, but the only entry (as of December 3, 2004, 11:09 PM, EST) is a demo entry that says, "So you've found this . . . a little early. Coming soon" (November 28, 2004). Both are extraordinarily prolific writers, however, so I suspect that The Becker-Posner Blog will soon begin to delight conservative readers with multiple daily entries from the right. Unfortunately, the blog doesn't have any comments section, so we leftists are deprived of an opportunity, for instance, to grill the winner of "the Bank of Sweden Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel, 1992" in public about his foolish prediction that "with a quick and decisive defeat of Saddam, the price of crude oil is likely to fall sharply" (Gary S. Becker, "An Attack on Saddam Won't Send Oil Sky-high," Business Week 3809, November 25, 2002, p. 26).
